Operations Support Administrator 


Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in Operations Support? If so, we want you! We are looking for an Operations Support Administrator to assist our growing Heating and Plumbing company. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to use their own initiative to recognise and resolve problems. Someone who has the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines. 



Key Responsibilities for the Support Administrator:

Data entry and building spreadsheets using Numbers

Liaising with staff to co-ordinate materials and coordinating deliveries of materials

Ordering materials from our suppliers

Processing sales order and placing orders with suppliers

Preparing installation guides

Providing quotations for customers

Act as a point of contact for clients on the operational side

Keeping the CRM updated

Administrative duties such as complying information for Jobs into a Job service report

Uploading weekly wages to the Payroll company



The successful Operations Support Administrator will have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Support Administrator or a similar role

Excellent communication skills over the phone and email

Good numeracy skills

Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Mac software (Numbers and Pages)

Previous experience in the Construction industry would be an advantage

We are a successful Plumbing and Heating business based in West and Central London with approx 20 members of staff. We have been running for over 10 years.

Job Role based in Amersham

£10-12 per hour depending on experience
